DevDroidAI Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your DevDroidAI account or associated data, please contact us at:

Please include the GitHub or GitLab username, or the email address associated with the account you want to delete.

What you can request

You may request:

• Deletion of your DevDroidAI account information
• Deletion of connected repository information
• Deletion of usage data associated with your account
• Deletion of data related to AI requests where applicable

Partial data deletion

If you want to request deletion of some data without deleting your entire account, please contact us at the same email address and describe the data you want deleted.

Data retention

Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, payment, security, fraud prevention, or service integrity purposes.

Payment records may also be retained by third-party payment providers such as Stripe according to their own retention policies.

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request.

DevDroidAI アカウントおよびデータ削除について

DevDroidAI のアカウント削除、または関連データの削除を希望する場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

メールには、削除を希望するアカウントに紐づく GitHub / GitLab ユーザー名、または登録メールアドレスを記載してください。

削除を依頼できる内容

• DevDroidAI に保存されたユーザー情報
• 連携リポジトリ情報
• アカウントに紐づく利用状況データ
• 適用可能な範囲での AI 依頼関連データ

一部データのみの削除

アカウント全体を削除せず、一部データのみの削除を希望する場合も、同じメールアドレスに削除したいデータの内容を記載してご連絡ください。

データの保持

法令、会計、決済、セキュリティ、不正利用防止、サービス保全のために必要な記録は保持される場合があります。

Stripe などの外部決済サービスに保持される決済記録は、各サービスの保持ポリシーに従って保持される場合があります。

対応期間

削除依頼を受領後、合理的な期間内に対応します。
